Episode 14 Possession Kaoru senses a mysterious presence from Oshima a high school classmate of Kaoru's. When she shows up at his parents' house she finds out that his mother is possessed by a supernatural spirit. Kaoru decides to temporarily shelter Oshima in her own house. After hearing the story she sets out to exterminate the supernatural spirit in order to save Oshima's mother. Episode 15 Sadistic Haru is called by Shiwa a forensic scientist and sees a brutally murdered body with its throat slit. There have already been two similar crimes and this is the third. Suspecting a serial murder the First Investigative Division has already taken action but Shiwa suspects that the crimes may have been committed by a supernatural being as the method is not something a human could do. Meanwhile a fourth incident occurs... Episode 16: Hyosube The culprit in the serial murders is the supernatural being Hyosube. With the cooperation of the First Investigative Division and the local police Kaoru corners Hyosube but during the fight her sword weapon breaks.
