Shipping Policy

Shipping is free. (A fee will be charged outside of the free areas specified by us.)

Free shipping applies to: Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Macau Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, South Korea, Canada, Mexico, United States.

Order will be shipped within 1-7 business day after payment confirmed.

We ship orders by DHL, Fedex or UPS depending on your location and package size.

 

General Returns Policy

* We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

* Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

* We do not accept return for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
